Philemon Cat
The Adventures of Philemon the Cat is a Polish animated children's television series, which was created in years 1972 – 1981. Individual episodes of the fairy tale tell about the adventures of two cats. Black cat's name is Boniface, is older, experienced in life and lazy. A small kitten with a white coat and the name Philemon is young, very curious and full of life. Both cats live in a country house, hosted by people – Grandpa and Grandma. In the fairy tale you can see a mass of different pets: chickens, fox, dog, cow, horse, mice and many others. Fairy tales with the cat Philemon are excellent for children, show children how life in the countryside is going and pass on knowledge about nature and animals.
