A fairy tale about a preschooler and a sick dog
Long time ago, long time ago, in a small town in Silesia, there lived a little boy named Kuba. Kuba was five years old and went to kindergarten. He loved playing with other children and learning new things.
One day, Kuba was coming home from kindergarten, when he saw, that his dog, Burek, he lies sad and listless in his kennel. Burek was Kuba's best friend and they always had fun together. Kuba knew, that something was wrong with Burke and decided to help him.
The boy picked up Burek and carried him home. Kuba's mother, Mrs. Ewa, she saw, that the dog was sick and she immediately took him to the vet. The vet examined Burek and said:, that he had a fever and had to stay in the hospital for a few days.
Kuba was very sad, that he can't play with Burke. Every day he visited him in the hospital and brought him treats. Burek was very happy to see Kuba and wagged his tail, as long as he had enough strength.
After a few days, Burek recovered and was able to return home. Kuba was very happy and could play with his best friend again. He learned too, that is important, to care for and help animals, when they are sick.
Moral: Friendship is important and should be taken care of. You also need to help animals, when they are sick.
